Status is descriptive, not authoritative. Labels
reflect the documentary state of each claim — what's been filmed,
measured, calculated, or asserted, and by whom.
- VERIFIED / LIKELY-TRUE — primary-source evidence (video, hardware, patent file, multi-replicator reports) supports the factual claim as stated. Speaks to the observation, not to any particular mechanism.
- POSSIBLE / UNDETERMINED / AWAITING-TEST — a decisive test exists (listed in the row) and has not yet been run independently. Most of the engineering rows sit here.
- ANECDOTAL — reported by one builder or one lab so far; replication would move it up.
- APPROXIMATE — close to a measured value without being exact (typically a round canonical number beside a modern measurement).
- PARTIALLY-TRUE — the phenomenon is real; the described mechanism differs from the textbook account.
- BY-CONSTRUCTION — an identity that follows from the model's own definitions; internal consistency rather than an external prediction.
- VALUE-VERIFIED / LOOSE-MATCH — the number checks out / roughly matches; what the match means is open to interpretation.
- INTERNAL-CONVENTION — a chosen anchor (e.g. a tuning) that is one defensible option among several.
- EXCEEDS-KNOWN-RANGE — the reported magnitude goes beyond what published measurements of the underlying effect show; a direct measurement would settle it.
- CONFLICTS-WITH-MEASUREMENT — current measurements point the other way; the row lists what data would revisit it.
- UNIT-DEPENDENT — the relationship holds in one unit system only.
- SUPERSEDED-CONCEPT — rests on a concept that mainstream physics retired (noted with the historical experiments); the model uses the term in its own sense.
- NON-EMPIRICAL — makes no measurable prediction; belongs to the cosmological / interpretive layer.
- METHODOLOGICAL / DOCUMENTED-GAP — an observation about how a measurement was taken, or a measurement that has not yet been published.
- DIMENSIONAL-UPPER-BOUND — a unit-correct ceiling calculation, not a measured outcome.
The split between the device's engineering layer (testable, mostly AWAITING-TEST with protocol runs pending) and its cosmology layer (largely non-empirical) is the most useful frame. The register is meant to make that split legible, not to litigate it.
